Payments

How money reaches and leaves a player account.

Crediting a player from the admin panel

The deposit form offers three types. They move the same money and mean entirely different things, and the choice changes reporting, affiliate attribution and whether a bonus campaign fires.

TypeUse it forCounts as a depositTriggers a bonus
FiatA genuine deposit made on the player's behalfYesYes
Correction upCompensation, a support refund, fixing a mistakeNo — recorded as a correctionNo
BonusCrediting bonus money directlyNoNo

Choose deliberately

A correction booked as a deposit inflates deposit totals and first-deposit metrics, and may trigger a bonus campaign that should not have fired. A genuine deposit booked as a correction is missing from the numbers the business runs on.

Payment methods

Methods fall into three families, and which of them a player sees depends on the brand and their currency:

Crypto — Bitcoin, Ethereum, the dollar stablecoins and the Binance chain assets. A player is issued an address to pay into, and withdrawals go back out to an address they have saved.

Local rails — UPI in its several forms (QR, intent, IMPS) and the Indian bank providers. These are the methods a brand serving a particular market lives on, and they come and go as provider relationships change.

Manual bank transfer — an operator books the movement by hand after confirming it arrived. This is the only family with its own access rule: the settings behind it are visible to admin and superadmin only, not to editors. See Roles and access.

Reviewing a withdrawal

A withdrawal moves through states, and only some of them are yours to set:

StatusMeaning
CreatedRaised, not yet in the queue
PendingWaiting for a decision. This is the queue you work
ProcessingApproved and with the provider
ConfirmedThe provider accepted it
SuccessMoney has left
RejectedRefused by an operator
ErrorThe provider failed it
RefundedReturned to the player's balance

The player's verification level is shown on the request itself, so whoever reviews a payout can see how far that player has verified without leaving the page. The platform does not enforce a minimum level before a withdrawal — that judgement is made here, during review.

Rejected and error are not interchangeable

Rejected is a decision somebody made. Error is the provider failing. They look similar in a list and mean entirely different things when a player asks why their money has not arrived, and only one of them is worth retrying.

Older records carry a status the panel no longer sets

A small number of historical withdrawals sit in a "failed" state that predates the current set. Treat it as an error rather than a rejection; nothing new is written with it.

Withdrawal addresses

Crypto withdrawal addresses a player has saved are held encrypted. Addresses saved before encryption was switched on remain readable until the player next saves them — a backfill exists but has not been run, and it rewrites live records, so it needs a deliberate go-ahead rather than being done quietly.

Internal documentation. Every page states what has been verified and what has not.
