Reports

Reporting covers player activity, deposits and withdrawals, casino and sportsbook performance, and bonus usage.

Which source answers which question

Operational questions — what happened to this player, what is their balance, what did they receive — are answered from the player's own pages, and are always current.

Aggregate questions — revenue by provider, activity over a period — are answered from a separate analytics store, which is fed by a pipeline and can lag.

Empty is not the same as broken

In staging, casino reports frequently return nothing because the analytics pipeline is not running there. An empty report is not evidence of a fault. In production, an unexpectedly empty report is worth escalating.
