Roles and access
Access to the admin panel is granted per person and governed by a role. What you can see and change depends on that role.
How access works
- Each administrator has an account with a role attached.
- Roles carry permissions for areas of the panel — players, financial, bonuses, games, reports, management, user management, tools and notifications.
- Some brands hide areas that do not apply to them. A casino-only brand does not show sportsbook or exchange sections.
- Sign-in is protected by two-factor authentication.
The five operator roles
They form a ladder. Each rung is the one below it plus one more verb, so the difference between roles is what you may do, not what you may see.
| Role | In one line |
|---|---|
| Superadmin | Everything. |
| Admin | Everything. Identical to superadmin. |
| Editor | Everything except deleting. |
| Creator | Can create, cannot edit or delete. |
| Viewer | Read-only. |
Admin and superadmin are the same role
They carry an identical permission set — there is no capability one has that the other lacks. If you need a genuine distinction between a senior and a standard administrator, it does not exist today and would have to be built.
What each rung adds
Counting across the whole panel:
| Role | Can view | Can create | Can edit | Can delete |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Superadmin / Admin | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ |
| Editor | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ | ❌ |
| Creator | ✅ | ✅ | ❌ | ❌ |
| Viewer | ✅ | ❌ | ❌ | ❌ |
A creator can raise a bonus campaign but not change it afterwards. An editor can change anything but cannot remove it. Deleting — a campaign, a player record, a game — is reserved for admin and superadmin.
Manual bank payments are admin-only
One area does not follow the ladder. Manual bank payment settings under Management are invisible to editor, creator and viewer alike — not read-only, absent. Only admin and superadmin can see or touch them.
If someone reports that a menu item you can see is missing for them, this is the one that is missing by design.
Affiliate access
Affiliate users sign into the same panel with a role of their own. It is not a rung on the ladder above — it is a different shape.
| Area | Affiliate access |
|---|---|
| Reports | Full — the same reporting an admin has |
| Financial | View only. Deposits, withdrawals and payments can be read, nothing can be actioned |
| Players | Substantial, including editing player details |
| Games, Management, User management, Tools, Notifications | None at all |
Affiliate accounts can edit and delete player records
The affiliate role carries edit and delete permissions on player detail pages that the viewer role does not have. An affiliate signing in can change player information.
If that is not what you intend for the people holding these accounts, it needs changing — it is a permission-set decision, not a bug in the panel.
Requesting a change
Roles are stored centrally and apply across brands. Ask the team that set up your account; there is no self-service way to change your own role, by design.
