CRM

The platform has its own CRM, inside the admin panel: player contacts, segments, email and SMS templates, one-off broadcasts, automated journeys, and the results of every message. It reads the platform's own data directly, so a deposit or a login reaches it within seconds and no export is needed.

It runs alongside Customer.io, not instead of it. Every event the platform sends to Customer.io (see Emails and events) is also sent to the CRM, and switching Customer.io off is a separate decision.

What is where

Open CRM from the left menu. The tabs along the top are the whole CRM:

TabUse it to
JourneysBuild flows that run by themselves: something happens, then emails, waits, bonuses and branches follow
ContactsSee the CRM's copy of players, filter them with rules, and sync them from the platform
SegmentsSave a set of rules under a name, for broadcasts and journeys to reuse
AttributesSee every detail the CRM holds on players and how the values are spread
BroadcastsSend one email or SMS, once, to everyone who matches your rules
ScheduleSee what goes out when, including batched sends and the daily limits
ActivitySee each event as the platform reports it
SentSee every single message, test sends included, and what happened to it
ReportsSee what each broadcast and journey sent, how players reacted and who deposited afterwards
Emails / SMSWrite the messages that broadcasts and journeys send

The pill at the top right of every CRM page says whether email and SMS can go out on this server, for example Email on, test list only (1) · SMS off. If a message does not leave, read the pill first.

Who can use it

Two permissions, given per role (see Roles and access):

  • crm.view: open every CRM page and read everything.
  • crm.edit: change anything, sync contacts, and send.

An admin with view only sees every save, send and delete control disabled.

How data reaches the CRM

  1. Contacts are copied from the platform's players: everyone at once with Sync everyone, or the players you pick with Sync chosen players. See Contacts and segments.
  2. Events (sign-up, login, deposit, withdrawal, bonus, KYC and more) arrive as they happen, from the services that handle them. Each event also updates the player's details.
  3. Results come back from the providers: the mail provider reports delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, spam and unsubscribed; the SMS provider reports delivery and cost. See Results.

What this section is based on

Written against the admin panel and backend code as of 30 October 2026, and checked on the demo back-office. Sending set-up differs per brand: whether email or SMS is on for yours is what the pill at the top of the CRM says.

Internal documentation. Every page states what has been verified and what has not.
