Appearance
Content
The content system holds what players see: banners, pages, promotions and the presentation of bonus campaigns. It is edited without a release.
Its role in bonuses
Bonus campaigns exist in two places at once. The admin panel holds the rules — who qualifies, how much, what must be wagered. The content system holds the presentation — the name, description, terms and image shown to players.
A campaign must reach the content system
A campaign that has not published to the content system is skipped entirely by the bonus engine. It will not be granted to anyone, however correct it looks in the admin panel. When a campaign refuses to fire and everything else checks out, this is usually why.
Editing after a campaign is live
Changing a campaign in the admin panel and saving publishes the change to the content system as well, so what players see follows what you set.
Text is the exception, and deliberately so. A campaign's name, description and terms are sent once, when the entry is first created, and after that they belong to whoever translates them. Renaming a campaign in the panel will not overwrite a translation.
The division is worth remembering when something looks wrong on the player site: numbers and rules come from the admin panel and always win, while wording comes from the content system and is edited there.
Images
Bonus images are uploaded from the admin panel. Keep files under 10 MB; larger uploads are rejected before they reach the content system.

The content model, who may edit what, how a change reaches the player site, and the preview flow. This needs a session with whoever owns the content model.
