The bonus engine covers welcome offers, deposit campaigns, free spins and cashback. A campaign is configured once and then applies automatically to every player who qualifies.

The one thing to know first

A campaign and a player's bonus are two different objects. Editing a campaign changes what future players receive; it does not touch bonuses already granted. If a campaign paid the wrong amount, correcting the campaign does not repair the bonuses already issued — those have to be dealt with separately.
