When something looks wrong
A bet has not settled
Find the match on the Matches tab (search by team).

A match shows no odds, or its board is closed

A player's bet was refused

The same match appears twice
If one is on Possible duplicates, choose Same match to merge them: the second listing's board closes and its open bets are void. If the data source itself listed the match twice, the book shows only the earlier one and keeps the other closed in the background for any bets already on it.
A result looks wrong
Settle the outcome again with Settle as…. Bets already settled are settled again; the first payout is taken back and the new one paid, and both settlements stay on each bet. Your settlement takes precedence over any later automatic result.
