Worked examples

Real cases written out end to end. Stakes and payouts are in any currency; the book never mixes two.

An Asian handicap at −0.75

100 on the home side at −0.75, price 2.00. The match ends 2-1.

The bet is two halves: 50 on −0.5 and 50 on −1.

HalfLineHome won by 1Returns
50−0.5Won50 × 2.00 = 100
50−1Exactly the line: push50

The player gets back 150 — a half win. At 3-1 both halves win and it returns 200; at 1-1 both lose.

The same split applies to a goal line: 100 on over 2.25 at 2.00 with exactly two goals is half on over 2.0 (push, 50 back) and half on over 2.5 (lost) — 50 back, a half loss.

A combo with a void leg

Three legs at 2.00, 1.50 and 1.80: combo odds 5.40. The middle match is postponed beyond the window.

The void leg counts as 1.00: the combo is now 2.00 × 1.80 = 3.60, and the other two legs decide it as usual.

A system bet: 3 from 4

Four selections at 2.00, 1.80, 2.20 and 1.50; 10 on each combination of three.

CombinationOddsPays
A-B-C7.9279.20
A-B-D5.4054.00
A-C-D6.6066.00
B-C-D5.9459.40

The stake is 40. If all four win it pays 258.60. If D loses, only A-B-C pays — 79.20, still a profit. If two lose, nothing pays.

A match abandoned at 2-1

Football, abandoned in the 70th minute at 2-1. Half time was 1-0.

A handball match that went to extra time

37-37 after sixty minutes; 41-39 after extra time and penalties.

Handball's markets settle on regular time. The draw wins the 1X2, totals settle on 74 goals, and the home side's handicap on a 0 margin. The 41-39 is ignored.

A bet builder

Home win and over 2.5 goals on a match where the home side is 1.78 and over 2.5 is 1.98.

As a combo these would multiply to 3.51. The book prices them together from the score table: the home side winning with three or more goals is 34.2% likely, a fair price of 2.93, before margin. See Markets and prices.

Cashing out

100 at 2.00 on the home side. They score; the price is now 1.25.

Value: 100 × 2.00 ÷ 1.25 = 160. Offered at about 152 after the 5% cash-out margin. The bet is then final: no later result or correction changes it.

A correction after settlement

A match settles 2-1. Forty minutes later the source corrects it to 2-2.

Within two hours, an ordinary score fix: the bets are settled again automatically. A home-win bet that was paid has that payout taken back; a draw bet that lost is now paid. Both settlements stay on each bet.

Had the correction come three hours later, or had the score gone down (2-1 to 1-1), it would wait on Result changes waiting for a decision for a trader.

A price offered in error

For four minutes, an over 2.5 line was offered at 4.50 instead of 1.45.

On the Matches tab, Void bets placed in a window: choose that outcome, the four minutes, and a reason. Bets on it placed inside the window have that leg voided — singles are refunded, combos go on with the leg at 1.00. Bets placed before or after keep their price.
