Verification and KYC

A player's verification level is a single number on their record, shown in the player list and on their detail page. It only ever goes up.

The levels

LevelMeansShown as
0Nothing submitted"No"
1Personal details given"Level 1"
2An identity document uploaded"Level 2"

Level 1 is the player's own information: name, country, place and date of birth, residential address, city, occupation and phone number. The player fills this in themselves.

Level 2 is a document — its type, and an image of the front and, where relevant, the back.

The level rises on upload, not on approval

A player reaches level 2 the moment they upload a document, before anyone has looked at it. The level tells you how far the player has gone, not how far you have. For whether the document was accepted, read the document's own status.

Reviewing a document

An uploaded document sits in one of three states:

StatusMeaning
PendingSubmitted, waiting for a decision. The default on upload
ApprovedAccepted
RejectedRefused. A reason is recorded with it

Both decisions are final in the sense that they notify the player: approving sends a KYC approved event, rejecting sends a KYC rejected event carrying the reason you typed. Write the reason for the player, not for the file — they will read it.

The submission and review timestamps are both kept, so how long a document waited is answerable after the fact.

What verification gates

Verification level is recorded and reported on, and it is visible on withdrawal requests so whoever reviews a payout can see how far the player has verified. Requiring a particular level before a withdrawal is an operational decision made during that review, not a rule the platform enforces on its own.

A level 2 player is not necessarily an approved player

Because the level rises on upload, filtering players by "Level 2" gives you everyone who has submitted a document — including those whose document you rejected. When the question is really "who has passed KYC", the document status is the field that answers it.

Internal documentation. Every page states what has been verified and what has not.
