Campaign types
Deposit bonus
Granted when a qualifying deposit lands. The workhorse of most promotion calendars.
The amount can be a fixed sum or a percentage of the deposit, and the campaign can be limited to a deposit range, so tiered offers are built as several campaigns side by side.
Welcome bonus
Granted automatically at registration, before the player has deposited anything.
Fixed amounts only. A percentage has nothing to work from at registration and results in a bonus of zero. A "100% of your first deposit" offer is a deposit campaign limited to one use per player, not a welcome bonus.
Free spins
Spins on selected games rather than a cash balance. The value of the award is the spin value multiplied by the number of spins.
Cashback
Returns a share of a player's net losses over a period, on a schedule rather than in response to a single event.
Referral bonus
Rewards a player for someone they brought in. The campaign is a shared template rather than a per-person award: the referral system decides what each individual is owed and draws on the campaign for the wagering and conversion rules.
The reward type — free money, free spins, a wager award or a deposit award — decides which award fields the form asks for.
Referral campaigns could not be saved before September 2026
Publishing one failed silently: the panel sent the campaign to an address that did not exist, so nothing was ever created. If you tried this in the past and concluded referral bonuses were not supported, try again.
Custom bonus
A bonus credited directly to a named player, outside any campaign. Used for goodwill, compensation and one-off arrangements.
Packages
Several campaigns grouped so they are offered and evaluated together — a multi-part welcome series, for example. When a package matches a deposit it takes precedence over an individual campaign that also matches.
