Staging
The environment for building and testing. Player registrations, deposits and bonuses here are not real, and nothing reaches a paying customer.
Staging shares its shape with production but not its data or its integrations. Some external providers are pointed at sandbox endpoints, and a few are not connected at all. When something external fails in staging, confirm whether that integration is even supposed to work there before treating it as a defect.
Reporting data
Some analytics in staging are fed by a pipeline that is not always running. Empty casino reports in staging usually mean no data has been ingested, not that the report is broken.
Production
Live brands and real money. Changes take effect immediately and are visible to players.
Bonus campaigns are the sharpest edge here: an active campaign with a wrong percentage or a missing cap starts paying out as soon as a qualifying deposit lands, and money already granted cannot be corrected by editing the campaign afterwards.
Brands
One platform serves several brands. A brand has its own domain, currency set, payment providers, content and campaigns. Configuration is per brand — a campaign built for one brand does not appear on another.
Always confirm which brand you are working in before making a change. The admin panel looks the same for all of them.
