Operator Playbook
This chapter explains how an operator should use Pixi during the day. It is not an API reference. It is a practical map of the work: what to ask, what the answer means, and where to go next.
Daily agenda
The daily agenda is the first operational pass of the day.
| Step | What it means | Ask Pixi |
|---|---|---|
| Money flow | Check whether deposits and withdrawals look healthy. | “Morning brief” |
| Payment friction | Look for failed deposits and pending withdrawals. | “Payment health” |
| Risk scan | Check for fraud, abuse, suspicious accounts and VIP risk. | “Risk alerts” |
| Campaign review | Check bonus cost, campaign performance and active offers. | “Bonus cost guard” |
| Player action | Pick one retention, VIP or support action. | “Next best action” |
| CEO escalation | Escalate only if human intervention is needed. | “Escalate to CEO” |
Morning brief
The morning brief is a short executive summary. It should not explain everything. It should answer: what happened, what changed, and what needs attention first.
Pixi currently returns deposits, withdrawals, depositing players, and a first priority. Later this can include GGR, NGR, provider balances, sportsbook exposure, support volume and risk alerts.
Money movement
Money movement means deposits, withdrawals, pending payouts, failed payments and provider health.
| Topic | Meaning | Pixi prompt |
|---|---|---|
| Today deposits | Successful deposit count for today. | “Today deposits” |
| This month deposits | Deposit count or volume for the month. | “This month deposits” |
| Pending withdrawals | Withdrawals waiting for review or payment. | “Pending withdrawals” |
| Withdrawal SLA | How old pending withdrawals should be handled. | “Withdrawal SLA” |
| Failed deposit recovery | How to recover players after failed payment attempts. | “Failed deposit recovery” |
Bonus and CRM work
Bonus work is where Pixi is already useful because it can prepare draft campaign data and open the bonus form.
| Work | Meaning | Pixi prompt |
|---|---|---|
| Draft a campaign | Prepare a prefilled form without publishing it. | “Create 50% deposit bonus over 100 max 200 wagering x10” |
| Safety review | Check cap, wagering, targeting and limits. | “Bonus safety check” |
| Cost guard | Decide whether a campaign is too expensive. | “Bonus cost guard” |
| Segment idea | Decide who should receive the offer. | “Segment idea” |
| ROI estimate | Compare bonus cost against extra GGR or deposit uplift. | “Bonus ROI” |
| A/B test | Compare an offer group against a control group. | “A/B test plan” |
Player work
Player work means finding the player, understanding their state, and deciding whether the next action is support, retention, VIP, risk or payment.
| Work | Meaning | Pixi prompt |
|---|---|---|
| Player lookup | Find a player by ID, email, username or phone. | “Find player 12345” |
| Player health | Review login, deposits, withdrawals, bonus use and restrictions. | “Player health” |
| Churn rescue | Bring back depositors who became inactive. | “Churn rescue” |
| VIP message | Draft a short account-manager message. | “VIP message” |
| Suspicious player | Check abuse and fraud signals. | “Suspicious player” |
Risk and compliance
Risk and compliance are guardrails. They prevent Pixi from creating campaigns for players who should not receive them and help operators decide when a human review is required.
Pixi should remind operators to exclude blocked, self-excluded, failed-KYC, AML-risk and limit-restricted players from offers.
Provider issues
A provider issue means a payment, casino, sportsbook or technical provider might be failing or behaving differently than expected.
When this happens, Pixi should help collect the first facts: affected provider, first error time, traffic drop, failed launches or payments, and recent config changes.
CEO escalation
CEO escalation should be rare. Pixi should report upward only when intervention is needed, such as revenue drop, payout risk, VIP churn, material fraud, provider outage or compliance concern.
The goal is not more notifications. The goal is better attention.
Automation preview
Automation preview means Pixi explains what it would do before doing it.
The expected future flow is:
- Pixi drafts the action.
- Pixi shows the exact changes.
- The operator approves.
- Pixi creates or updates the object.
- Pixi stores an audit note.
This protects live operations while still moving toward real agent automation.
