Agent Glossary

This chapter defines the terms used in the Pixi and AI Agent documentation.

Agent

An agent is a focused assistant that helps with a category of work. In Pixup, examples include CEO Agent, CRM / Bonus Agent, VIP Agent, Fraud & Risk Agent, Marketing Agent and Support Agent.

AI Admin Operator

An AI Admin Operator is the assistant layer inside the admin panel. It answers business questions, opens the right workflow, prepares drafts and explains what should be checked before action is taken.

Central brain

The central brain is the future role for Pixi: reading reports, pulling data from platform systems, assigning work to specialist agents and escalating only when a human decision is needed.

Handoff

A handoff means Pixi routes a question or task to the right specialist-agent workflow. Example: churn goes to CRM / Bonus Agent; suspicious activity goes to Fraud & Risk Agent.

Draft

A draft is prefilled data that is not live yet. For bonuses, Pixi can open the bonus form with draft values, but the operator still reviews and publishes.

Approval check

An approval check is the final review before live action. For campaigns, it includes dates, cap, wagering, targeting, exclusions, image, budget owner and audit note.

Audit note

An audit note records why an action was taken. It helps future operators understand the decision.

Guardrail

A guardrail is a rule that prevents unsafe action. Example: do not publish a campaign without a bonus cap or risk exclusions.

Rollback plan

A rollback plan explains how to stop or reverse an action if it causes problems. For a bonus campaign, this can mean pausing the campaign and reviewing issued bonuses.

SLA

SLA means service-level agreement. In operations, it usually means the expected time to handle something, such as a pending withdrawal.

GGR

GGR means gross gaming revenue. In simple terms: bets minus wins before bonuses, fees and operating costs.

NGR

NGR means net gaming revenue. It is GGR after deductions such as bonuses, adjustments, payment costs and other operating items.

FTD

FTD means first-time depositor: a player who made their first successful deposit.

Churn

Churn means a player is becoming inactive or leaving. Churn rescue means trying to bring that player back with the right offer or contact.

Segment

A segment is a group of players selected by behavior or status. Example: active depositors with no bonus in the last 7 days.

ROI

ROI means return on investment. For a bonus campaign, a simple formula is:

(extra GGR or net uplift - bonus cost) / bonus cost

Compliance check

A compliance check confirms that campaigns and player actions respect KYC, AML, responsible gaming, self-exclusion and player-limit restrictions.

Internal documentation. Every page states what has been verified and what has not.
